You may become a member of the Hattiesburg-Laurel Federal Credit Union if you meet one of the following requirements:

• You are a Civilian Employee of the United States Government or the United States Postal Service who works in Forest, Jones, Lamar, Perry, Stone or Covington Counties, in the State of Mississippi.
• You are a senior citizen or retiree of the Pine Belt Retired Enlisted Club in Hattiesburg, Mississippi whose permanent residence is located within the operational area of a main or branch office of the Hattiesburg-Laurel FCU.
• You are the spouse of a person who died while within the field of membership of this credit union, a person retired as a pensioner or annuitant from the above employment, or a
  member of their immediate family, including spouse, child, sibling, parent, grandparent or grandchild. This also includes stepparents, stepchildren, stepsiblings and adoptive relationships.

Select employee groups (SEGS) are Business Organizations who wish to offer credit union benefits to their employees who are not eligible to receive credit union services from a credit union of their own. These organizations apply for local credit union services with approval of the Credit Union Board of Directors as well as Federal and State regulators.

Hattiesburg-Laurel FCU is pleased to offer employees and families of the following business organizations in our trade area credit union services:

U.S. Postal Service, Social Security, Office of Hearing and Appeals, USDA, U.S. District Court, U.S. Marshall, Census Service, FBI, U.S. Congress, Probation Office, Internal Revenue, Dept of Labor, and the Pine Belt Enlisted Club.
